PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with Taq T-Plus DNA polymerase 500 U (5000 U/ml) (E1201)
- 4 vials with 1,25 ml each of reaction buffer MINT 5X (B0219)
- 1 vial with 1,5 ml of magnesium chloride 25 mM (M0192)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1201) is a thermostable, recombinant and purified DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase) of bacterial origin. It incorporates an A in 3´ position.
Reaction Buffer MINT 5 X (B0219) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and does not contain magnesium. It includes two dyes (blue and yellow) which allow direct loading in gel so the loading buffer is not necessary.
Magnesium chloride 25mM (M0192) can be added to the reaction cocktail to adjust magnesium concentration, as the user requires.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
