DESCRIPTION

The protein marker (K0190) is made up of 11 prestained proteins that cover a wide range of molecular weights (10 ~ 250 kDa). It includes an orange reference band at 72 kDa and a green one at 25 kDa.
It is supplied in a ready to use format since it does not require preheating. It does not need dilution or addition of reducing agents either.
The marker is designed to control the separation of proteins during SDS-PAGE, the transfer verification of western blot (PVDF membranes, nylon or nitrocellulose) and the estimation of protein size.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels.
Once received and for longer periods of time, keep at -20°C. At 4°C it is stable for 3 months.
