PRESENTATION

Highway® One Step RT qPCR Singleplex (KD0121) is a mix that includes all the necessary components to amplify RNA by Real Time PCR. It has 2 versions:

- 100 reactions (KD 0121-100)
- 500 reactions (KD 0121-500)
It includes a mix of 20X enzymes (ME0121) and an optimized 2X reaction buffer (S0121).

DESCRIPTION

Highway® One Step RT qPCR Singleplex (KD0121) is a mix that includes all the necessary components to amplify RNA by Real Time PCR. This product has been validated for the qualitative detection of RNA of SARS CoV-2 with IDT primers: N1, N2 and RnaseP as extraction control.
Users can apply Highway® One Step RT qPCR Singleplex with other primers or for the detection of other diseases although in this case the corresponding validation will have to be done.
This Master Mix is formulated to be used exclusively with fluorescent probes and in Singleplex format, which allows the qualitative detection of one gene at a time. It does not require the use of ROX. Users will ONLY need to add template RNA and primers/probes.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
