DESCRIPTION
FLYE-Ultra® M-MLV is a recombinant enzyme of bacterial origin genetically modified in order to:
1. Increase its efficiency and processivity reducing incubation times of cDNA synthesis from RNA
2. Obtain more thermostability; FLYE-Ultra enzyme allows for reactions at higher temperatures.
3. Eliminate its RNAse H activity, which is especially convenient in applications where the number of RNA copies is low (e.g., in molecular diagnosis).
Thus, this enzyme is functionally compatible with other DNA Polymerases, which facilitates its incorporation in One-Step reactions and its use in different applications (research, diagnostic, etc.) where the detection of RNA molecules (RT y RT-PCR) is required.
5X First Strand Buffer is optimized, ready to use and contains magnesium.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C
