DESCRIPTION
DNA/RNA Puriprep-VIRUS kit (K1501) enables the quick and simple extraction and purification of viral nucleic acids, DNA and RNA, from nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal and saliva swabs. The whole process is performed at room temperature. Mini columns with silica membrane are used to obtain RNA-DNA of high purity.
The resulting product is ready to be immediately applied to PCR and qPCR or to be stored at -80°C.
CONSERVATION
Buffers and kit components are transported and kept at room temperature (15-30°C).
