IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
DNA PuriPrep-GP kit enables quick and simple extraction and purification of DNA fragments from PCR amplification products in solution or from common or low fusion point agarose gels.
Fragments between 100pb and 10.000pb are separated with an efficiency of 60 to 90%; it is higher for PCR products in solution compared to the ones purified from gel. The kit also enables the concentration of a diluted DNA solution or changing the buffer in which it is dissolved.
A pure DNA is obtained, eluted from a mini column with silica membrane, ready to use in applications such as sequencing by radioactive or fluorescent methods, PCR amplification, restriction enzyme digestion, hybridization, marking and ligation.
The whole process demands no more than 30-35 minutes, depending on the number of samples, and does not require organic solvents or phenol.
CONSERVATION
DNA Puriprep GP-kit is transported and kept at room temperature.
