IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
Ethidium bromide (B0300) enables DNA and RNA detection. It can be used straight away or diluted to any concentration.
It presents a maximum excitation at 300 nm and 520 nm and a maximum emission at 600 nm. Visualization is done with a UV light transilluminator.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported at room temperature. Once received, keep at 4°C away from light.
