DESCRIPTION
DNA Marker Lambda/Hind III (K0180) is made up of 8 double stranded DNA fragments of molecular sizes 125, 564, 2027, 2322, 4361, 6557, 9416 y 23130 pb.
Enough quantity to apply to 50 loads in agarose gel. Ready to use.
APPLICATION: Thaw, homogenize and in order to avoid unnecessary thawing, divide the marker in 30 µl fractions. In order to achieve correct band separation, heat the marker at 65°C for 3 minutes, before gel loading.
Loading Volume: 3 µl.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels. Once received and for longer periods of time, keep at -20°C.
