DESCRIPTION

DNA Marker (K0179) is made up of 13 double stranded DNA fragments of molecular sizes 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 700 y 1000 pb. In order to facilitate identification, 250 pb and 500 pb fragments have a higher concentration (approximately 150 ng/6 ul). Rest of the bands: approx. 50 ng/6 ul.
Enough quantity to apply to 50 loads in agarose gel.
APPLICATION: Thaw, homogenize and load 6 µl of DNA Marker (K0179). In order to avoid unnecessary thawing, divide the marker in 60 µl fractions.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels. Once received and for longer periods of time, keep at -20°C.
