DESCRIPTION

DNA Marker (K0176) is made up of 10 double stranded DNA fragments of molecular sizes 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700 pb. In order to facilitate identification, 100 pb and 300 pb fragments have a higher concentration (60 ng/ 3µl). Rest of the bands: 24 ng/ 3µl.
Enough quantity to apply to 50 loads in agarose gel. Ready to use.
APPLICATION: Thaw, homogenize and load 3 µl of DNA Marker 25 pb (K0176). In order to avoid unnecessary thawing, divide the marker in 30 µl fractions.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels. Once received and for longer periods of time, keep at -20°C.
