PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with Taq T-Plus DNA 500 U Polymerase (5000 U/ml) (E1201)
- 2 vials with 1,25 ml each of TAS 10 X reaction buffer (B0214)
- 1 vial with 1,5 ml of 25 mM magnesium chloride (M0192)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1201) is a thermostable, recombinant and purified DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase). Bacterial origin. It incorporates an A in 3´ position.
Reaction Buffer TAS 10X (B0214) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and does not contain magnesium.
Magnesium chloride 25mM (M0192) can be added to the reaction cocktail to adjust magnesium concentration, as the user requires.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
