DESCRIPTION

DNA marker (K0178) is made up of 15 double stranded DNA fragments of a molecular size of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10000 pb.
In order to facilitate identification, 500 pb and 3000 pb fragments can be found in greater concentration (60 ng/ 3µl). Rest of the bands: 24 ng/ 3µl.
Enough quantity to apply to 50 loads in agarose gel. Ready to use.
APPLICATION: Thaw, homogenize and load 3 µl of DNA Marker 1 kpb.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels. Once received and for longer periods of time, keep at -20°C.
