DESCRIPTION

DNA Marker (K0177) is made up of 11 double stranded DNA fragments of molecular sizes 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 pb and an additional band of 1500 pb. In order to facilitate identification, 500 pb fragment has a higher concentration (approximately 150 ng/6 ul). Rest of the bands: approx. 50 ng/6 ul.
Enough quantity to apply to 50 loads in agarose gel. Ready to use.
APPLICATION: Thaw, homogenize and load 6 µl of DNA Marker. In order to avoid unnecessary thawing, divide the marker in 60 µl fractions.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels. Once received and for longer periods of time, keep at -20°C.
