DESCRIPTION

5X Enhancer (B0222) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and was especially formulated to be used in PCR reactions that require sequence amplification with a high GC percentage (> 45%) or complex secondary structure. In this way, an improvement in output and reaction specificity is achieved.
Optimal concentration should be evaluated for each reaction in particular.
Final recommended concentration in cocktails between 0,5-2X.
DNase, RNase: undetectable.
OBSERVATION: In case of any crystallization, heating the solution at 50-60°C for a few minutes is recommended until total dissolution.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels. Once received and for longer conservation periods, keep at -20°C.
