DESCRIPTION
Highway dNTPs present high purity and are free of substances that may inhibit PCR amplification, such as pyrophosphates.
Every lot is controlled by HPLC at 254 nm in a Eurospher-100 with potassium phosphate/methanol buffer for dATP and dGTP and TEAA/acetonitrile for dCTP and dTTP.
HPLC purity: > 99%.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C (-70 °C in the long term).
