PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with 1,25 ml of qPCR Master Mix 2X (M125), enough for 100 reactions of 25 µl final volume
- 1 vial with 1,5 ml of ultra pure Water free of nucleases (A0103)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
qPCR Master Mix 2X (M125) has been formulated to have all the necessary components to perform a Real Time PCR using probes.
It just needs the addition of primers, probes and template DNA, which minimizes the possibility of error or contamination.
The Mix contains an ultra purified Taq T-Free DNA polymerase, dNTPs, optimized buffer and MgCl2 in optimal concentrations to achieve an effective amplification.
QUALITY CONTROL: No endo deoxyribonucleases endotoxin, exodeoxyribonuclease and ribonucleases. Proven amplification of a single copy gene of human genomic DNA.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
