DESCRIPTION
qPCR Master Mix 2X (M130) has been formulated to contain every necessary component to perform a Real Time PCR.
It is only necessary to add primers and DNA template, which minimizes the possibilities of contamination or error.
The Mix contains a Hot Start DNA polymerase, dNTPs, optimized buffer, MgCl2 and SYBR Green I in optimal concentrations to obtain an effective amplification.
SYBR Green I allows the universal detection of any PCR product. ROX NOT INCLUDED
Hot Start technology with anti Taq DNA Polymerase antibodies achieves more specificity and replicability.
DETECTION: This reagent can be used in general detection equipments such as Line Gene (Bioer Technology co.); it can also be used in Light Cycler (Roche Molecular Systems), ABI PRISM 7000, 7700 and 7900 (Applied Biosystems).
QUALITY CONTROL: No endotoxin ribonuclease, exodeoxyribonuclease and ribonucleases. Proven amplification of a single copy gene of human genomic DNA.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
