DESCRIPTION

MINT Master Mix 2x (M024) has all the necessary components for a conventional PCR except for the primers and template DNA, which should be provided by the user.
MINT Master Mix 2 X includes the MINT reaction, MgCl2, dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase in optimal concentration in order to achieve an effective PCR amplification.
The Mix also includes two dyes for gel direct loading so the loading buffer is not necessary.
Final MgCl2 concentration is 1,5 mM.
An initial Taq activation is not necessary since it is not Hot Start.
For a PCR with final reaction volume of 30 µl, use 15 µl of MINT Master Mix 2 x.

CONSERVATION

This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
