IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
M-MLV RT enzyme (E1601) is used to synthesize from single stranded RNA or DNA and in the presence of primers, a single strand of complementary DNA.
This enzyme can synthesize cDNA of up to 5 kpb. Recombinant, of bacterial origin.
5 X First Strand Buffer(B0230) is optimized, ready to use and contains magnesium.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C
