PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with Taq T-Holmes DNA polymerase 500U (5000 U/ml) (E1203)
- 4 vials with 1,25 ml each of reaction buffer MINT 5X (B0219)
- 1 vial with 1,5ml of magnesium chloride 25 mM (M0192)
- 1 vial with 1 ml of enhancer solution 5X (B0216)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1203) is a thermostable, recombinant and ultra purified DNA polymerase (Taq DNA polymerase) of bacterial origin.
Reaction Buffer MINT 5X (B0219) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and does not contain magnesium. It includes two dyes (blue and yellow) which allow direct loading in gel so the loading buffer is not necessary.
Magnesium chloride 25mM (M0192) can be added to the reaction cocktail to adjust magnesium concentration, as the user requires.
Enhancer 5 X solution (B0216) is used to amplify DNA with high GC % or complex secondary structure. Final concentration recommended in cocktail: 0,5-2 X
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
