PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with DNA polymerase 100 U (2500 U/ml) (E1501)
- 1 vial with 0,5 ml of reaction buffer 10 X (B0217)
- 1 vial with 0,5 ml of enhancer solution5 X (B0218)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1501) is a thermostable, recombinant and purified combination of DNA polymerase with 3´ - 5´ exonuclease activity (Proof reading). It incorporates an A in 3´ position.
Low error level in DNA amplification, this enzyme is 4 times more accurate than polTaq DNA and fit for long fragments amplification (until 30-40 kpb).
Reaction Buffer 10 X (B0217) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and contains magnesium.
Enhancer 5 X solution (B0218) is used to amplify DNA with high GC % or complex secondary structure. Final concentration recommended in cocktail: 0.5- 2.0 X
WARNING: Due to 3´ to 5´ exonuclease activity, this product has to be added immediately before thermocycling, keeping the cocktail on ice in order to avoid primers degradation.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
