PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
-1 vial with Pfu DNA polymerase 100 U (2500 U/ml) (E1301)
-1 vial with 0,5 ml of reaction buffer 10 X (B0217)
-1 vial with 0,5 ml of enhancer solution 5 X (B0218)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1301) is a thermostable, recombinant and purified DNA polymerase with 3´ - 5´ exonuclease activity (Proof reading).
Low error level in DNA amplification, 25 times more accurate than polTaq DNA .
Reaction Buffer 10 X (B0217) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and contains magnesium.
Enhancer 5 X solution (B0218) is used to amplify DNA with high GC % or complex secondary structure. Final concentration recommended in cocktail: 0.5- 2.0 X
WARNING: Due to 3´ to 5´ exonuclease activity, this enzyme has to be added immediately before thermocycling, keeping the cocktail on ice in order to avoid primers degradation.
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
