PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with Taq DNA polymerase 100 U (5000 U/ml) (E1204)
- 1 vial with 1,25 ml of reaction buffer 10 X (B0215)
- 1 vial with 1,5 ml of magnesium chloride 25 mM (M0192)
- 1 vial with 0,5 ml of enhancer solution 5 X (B0216)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1204) is a thermostable, recombinant and purified DNA polymerase (T-Plus Hot Start DNA polymerase). It incorporates an A in 3´ position.
It is recommended for PCR reactions that require high specificity. The antibodies attached to the enzyme are quickly deactivated with the temperature increase during the first thermal cycles. Hot Start DNA polymerase has no exonuclease activity 3´to 5´.
Reaction Buffer 10 X (B0215) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and does not contain magnesium.
Magnesium chloride 25mM (M0192) can be added to the reaction cocktail to adjust magnesium concentration, as the user requires.
Enhancer 5 X solution (B0216) is used to amplify DNA with high GC % or complex secondary structure. Final concentration recommended in cocktail: 0,5-2 X
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
