PRESENTATION
The Kit contains:
- 1 vial with Taq T-Holmes DNA polymerase 500 U (5000 U/ml) (E1203)
- 2 vials with 1,25 ml each of reaction buffer TAS 10 X (B0214)
- 1 vial with 1,5 ml of magnesium chloride 25 mM (M0192)
- 1 vial with 0,5 ml with enhancer solution 5 X (B0216)
IN VITRO RESEARCH USE
DESCRIPTION
The enzyme (E1203) is a thermostable, recombinant and ultra purified DNA polymerase in order to eliminate any vestiges of bacterial DNA. It incorporates an A in 3´ position.
Reaction Buffer TAS 10X (B0214) is exclusive of INBIO HIGHWAY and was especially formulated to achieve high sensitivity in DNA detection. It does not contain magnesium.
Magnesium chloride 25mM (M0192) can be added to the reaction cocktail to adjust magnesium concentration, as the user requires.
Enhancer 5 X solution (B0216) is used to amplify DNA with high GC % or complex secondary structure.
Final concentration recommended in cocktail: 0,5-2 X
CONSERVATION
This product is transported with cooling gels and not with dry ice. This is due to the results of stability assays performed in the laboratory which allowed us to conclude that our product has a better performance under these conditions. Once received, keep at -20°C.
